Activation lock
I forgot my iCloud email and password to my Apple Watch and cannot get past the activation lock what do I do?

You are going to have to recover the email and password. See this support document, About Activation Lock on your Apple Watch - Apple Support It should be the same as the paired iPhone. At least that can give you the iCloud email address, then you just need to recover the password.
