Amazon apps running my screen time all day and night

Amazon Alexa and Amazon Shopper Panel apps run all day on my phone.

I don’t have the amazon shopping app installed.

I set a limit for the apps, but if I choose “ignore limit” when I want to use the apps and add “30 min” ect, it runs all day until I restart my phone.

I make sure to close it by swiping it away in the running programs on my phone to make sure it’s not running in the background.

I checked my background app refresh settings as well.

This is driving me INSANE!
