Payment method is not valid

Hi! I try to put a new credit card because the one that I had before is expired and they said the payment method is not valid. I used 3 different cards all is the same.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 14

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
