Vertical line, Unresponsive screen/ Frozen

My iPhone have a vertical line at the right side of the screen and I can no longer press letter “p” without having to rotate my phone. Also, my whole screen gets unresponsive and frozen from time to time. I have tried having a vertical line at the center of my phone 8 months ago without the screening being and it just went away after 2 weeks. I have not dropped my phone or wet it (even though it’s splash proof).
