Yellow marks on my iphone 11 Screen
I have a yellow marks on the left side of my screen and also on the upper side. I didn't even drop it and splashed on water, what are this marks on my screen?

No idea bout that. Are those yellow marks appear in all screen pages, even using an app?
Shouldn't be this case, check your wallpaper and try to change it.
Should be this case, it might be a screen problem. Make an appointment and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector
After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
