GarageBand headphone latency recording iPad Pro
I have latency issues recording vocals with GarageBand, so basically I have used a few headphones now to record vocals with the built in mic on my iPad Pro 2020 including the airpods but there is way to much latency making vocal recording imposible, therefore I tried with an accessory to plug my analog headphones, but of course thanks apple… when you do that the mic can not be used, it will just turn off :/ so basically you are pretty much stuck with an iPad that does not record music anymore, because unless you use an interface with an external mic, you can no longer record anything cause it will sound horrendous, making the iPad no longer a portable music studio recording device, unless you want to carry an interface and mics and a lot of stuff… thanks apple, so my question is; is there any work around this issue or am I just stuck with the fact that Now I need to buy a bunch of hardware to make vocal or any recordings to work while listening the background music on GarageBand? . The previous IPad didn’t had that issue because it had the headphones jack… wireless clearly was not made for music production so now I’m really sad cause I used to be able to do everything just using my iPad and now that seems to be imposible with the new iPad pro, pleaaaaase tell me there’s a work around since this is definitely not an issue only me is having…
