Big Sur Print dialog box - does it allow printing a Style?

A client has Big Sur - I only have Catalina - am trying to coach to Save As PDF but she sees

no "Style" in the print dialog box. In Catalina you can print as Envelope, Mailing Label or List.

Is Style a choice in Big Sur's Print Dialog box - I need a List - not Envelope.

Print Dialog->PDF->Open in Preview doesn't work I am printing from a Java application on Monterey M2 MacBook Air. I get to the print dialog and select PDF->Open in Preview because I want to preview the page before killing a piece of paper. But, instead of going to the Preview app, it just prints the page. Printing with Selected Page in Sidebar option not working(?) Hello, I have been trying to print something that I have typically had no issue printing in previous versions of MacOS. It is a three paged PDF. When I print it, I only need to print page 1 and 3. Typically, the printing options screen that open up immediately before I hit the print button would allow me to either print All pages, Selected Page in Sidebar or From where you designate from what page number to what page number you want to print. When selecting the Selected page in Sidebar option, you would normally be able to toggle through the pages in a document with right and left buttons that appear immediately above the preview of the image of what you will be printing. As it is now, when I select the option to print with Selected Page in Sidebar, I can no longer toggle to the selected page I want to print. Pleas help.

Big Sur: How to select paper source when printing? We use a type of mailing label that needs to be printed from the rear tray on our small laserprinter. However, since we started using our new M1 MacBook Pros, no-one has been able to find a working option to select which tray the printer uses for these, which are printed from documents in PDF format. The usual print option Show Presets is present, and it contains the usual list: Copies & Pages, Media & Quality, Layout, Paper Handling, Cover Page, and Watermark. The Media & Quality menu contains the options we need to be able to change: Media Feed and Media Type. However, neither of them can now be changed from Auto Select, which obviously means the printer uses paper from the main tray. Has anyone found a way to change this, please? We don't send a lot of mail this way, but having to print 15 - 20 prepaid postage labels a day onto plain paper and then cut them out and stick them on with tape is an absurd waste of time! Thank you.

A Mac user with Big Sur checked and there are no changes to the Print Dialog box.
