opening an empty app

hey everyone,

I downloaded an app called "Atom", a text code editor, on my Mac, I uninstalled with "Appcleaner" which delete every folders/packages attached to the app.

When I decided to reinstall "Atom", there is a page to code but without the over features that deliver the app.

I tried to the preference page using : ⌘ + , Nothing appears

I checked for the updates : Atom > Check for update. didn't work

I've tried to run a simple line but nothing happened, any button to run nor command works
