Accidental App Store Refunds

afternoon. Can you please tell me, I accidentally made the purchase of the
application and immediately contacted for a refund. After 48 hours, the money
on the card did not come to me. When I went to the contact form, I wrote that
the money was returned to the account from which the purchase was made, but it
was not credited. I attach screenshots from the map and from the contact form.
An error may have occurred. I am also attaching my valid card. Thanks
for your help, I look forward to hearing.
