I also can’t find my AirPod Pros on “my devices” so I chose my iPhone, but that’s not what this question is about. How can I get them on “my devices”?

Interesting, that is very strange. Are you sure you didn’t click “Forget this device” in bluetooth settings on any of your devices? Even if the battery goes low or the AirPods don’t have a connection, they should be in the list. I have AirPods and even though they were disconnected from all my devices, it still shows the last connected time and location in Find My. So unless your pair of AirPods were forgotten and removed from your devices/ Apple ID, I really don’t know how this could happen. Even if it was a bug in the Find My app, the website should not have those issues. Where did you lose them? Maybe go to that area with Bluetooth turned on and hope for the best :) I’m really sorry, if I find any other methods of helping I will post a reply.
i tried iCloud.com/help and somehow my airpods won’t even show up… and im logged into the same Apple ID. I’m really worried they’re lost for good.😔 so if anyone knows how to help please let me know! Thank you for trying to help!!
