How to login to Find My or just HELP..

My Appleid Password was lost -i mostly use Touch ID and Password Fill In(iCloud password is lost bcuz it wasnt put into the pass fill in…). Now its been a while (almost 2years) since i have had my number turned off -losing my phone number associated with the device... but i know my number and info, also I signed into a new iCloud email on the App Store and Subscriptions so i can continue to download apps and access my phone partly …

my QUESTION really is how do i login to the Find My app when the iClouds, iTunes store, and etc. are logged in and asking me for password and i lost the pass…. Cant access the iCloud email thanks to it being logged in as my iCloud email….. i have access to most apps and 3rd party apps. like most settings and emails , BUT when it wont let me reach password security and media options on settings basically what has my locked password for iCloud…. tried and tried over and over everything i could do ….. i have been trying to get into my account between date 08/01/2021 to today 08/19/2021 … im exhausted and almost ready to give up…. And just recycle the darn phone… please help , thank you..

ALSO- i have tried doing the 2StepVerification.. i put my old number in with it not being able to “use this phone number…. ”
