I have tried to enable “Show battery in percentage” on my iPhone 12, but i can find the place to do it.
i have uset it on my previous iPhone models, by following Setting—> Battery , but it is not there on iPhone 12. Any suggestions

Your new iPhone isn’t same as your previous. On iPhone 12, you check battery percentage by bringing down the Control Centre, https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202769.
Other option, as frazm737 stated, is to add battery widget, https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207122.

You might want to try the Battery widget. Check this link...
Pull down from the upper right to open Control Center and you will see the battery percentage on that screen. iPhones with the notch have never had the battery percentage on the home screen.
