Cannot Save as PDF

I preview documents from software I am working with in Google and then want to save them as PDFs, but cannot.

When I right click the Save As... option only gives option to save as Webpages.

When I right click the Print... option and select Destination Save as PDF the following message is displayed:

The selected printer is not available or not installed correctly.

Check your printer or try selecting another printer.

Please help.
