Synch with devices for recently ripped CDs stopped (I-Tunes for Windows)

I was ripping in CDs to I-Tunes for Windows and they were automatically synching with the cloud and available on my I-Phone and I-Pad. Most recent 10 or so CDs have not Synched to the Cloud and are not available on my devices. This is a big problem. Please help.
