I cann't full remove Instagram on my Iphone 12. im produce delete application, but he save information in iCloud. I searched this information in PC iCloud(iClloud app and iTunes) - nothing. In iCloud storage(in iPhone) miss app Instagram.
How i can make full remove Instagram with information on my Phone?

From what we understand, you are referring to the data within Instagram and not iCloud. When you sign into Instagram from another device, do you have access to the same data? If so, the data is linked to Instagram and not the app itself.
If you would like to delete that data from Instagram, contact them to see if the option is available: How to contact an app developer

I dont want delete data from Instagram, i want delete date from my iCloud, because i remove app and see message but documents and data stored in iCloude will not be deleted.
I dont see Instagram app in my iCloud profile, this app miss in iCloud storage. When I reinstall app, I automatically start one profile(i not log in, just start after download from App Store). Where save my app data? I think on iCloud.

The cloud icon indicates the app has been purchased/installed in the past. If you would like to hide Instagram as a previous download, you may do so by following the steps here: Hide purchases from the App Store

To remove the Instagram app, follow the steps here: Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch During the process of removing the app, you will get a message that says "Deleting this app will also delete its data, but any documents or data stored in iCloud will not be deleted".
