App subscription mistake

Hello, my son just got an app from the store for 1 year subscription. I cancelled the subscription but my money have been allready taken . What should i do ?

Subscription by mistake Good morning, Basically my son by mistake bought an app this morning. I didn’t noticed until I check my bank statements. If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
