"Item not available in your country"

It's already been few months that Apple Music on my laptop send me this messege when I want to listen to music via windows. Any artist and any music. How can I fix that?

Apple Music only playing previews I am playing it on my desktop at work which uses intranet connected to the head office (which is in another country) so it does not recognise as playing in my current country. Maybe this is the issue. I have changed the country to the other option Apple Music suggests but it still only plays previews. Anyway I can solve the problem? I want to listen to Apple Music while at work.
