Extending MacBook Air to two screens

I cannot get my MacBook Air to extend to dual screens. I tried to go to the About This Mac/Support/Specifications/Graphics and Video Support to see if my Mac supports more than on additional monitor but it will load. I have a MacBook Air Retina, 13inch, 2018, macOS Catalina, Version 10.15.7.

Hello nkprice79,

We see you have some questions regarding using external displays with your MacBook Air, and we can certainly help pass along some info on that.

We were able to locate the technical specifications page for your Mac here: MacBook Air (Retina, 13-inch, 2018) - Technical Specifications

If you scroll down to the 'Video Support' section, it'll note the following:

"Simultaneously supports full native resolution on the built-in display at millions of colors and:

One external display with 5120-by-2880 resolution at up to 60Hz

Up to two external displays with 4096-by-2304 resolution at up to 60Hz"

So it may depend on the monitors you're connecting. Are you able to get them to connect individually without problems? As the following link notes, "If your external display doesn't turn on after you connect it to your Mac, connect your display while your Mac is off, then wake or turn on your Mac.": Connect a display to your Mac

Take care.
