fall settings on apple watch 6

About 2 months ago I purchased an Apple watch 6. One of the feature I liked before I bought was the fall alert. I am an avid cyclist (road bike) and ride alone a lot and in theory on paper a senior citizen. I am finding I am getting far too frequent fall alerts, even though I have not fallen (going over say railroad crossings, or even the apron of my own driveway). Even if the watch thought i fell and am still moving at pretty much the same speed, shouldnt the watch know I have not fallen. Is there a way to adjust the sensitivity of the fall detection on the Apple watch 6

Thanks
