Im using Mac Mail 13.4 on Os Catalina using a 2019 MacBook Pro– recently I have been unable to colourise text in mail – ie change the colour of text in an email or the background colour of text – I've restarted, trashed my preferences file "com.apple.mail-shared.plist" and this has not helped – any ideas? Theres nothing online about this – pls help...
