Alchemy doesn't seem to be available even though it shows in plug-in manager.
How do I insert Alchemy when its not showing up under instruments?

There is not only alchemy missing. In the plugin manager: select the missing (or all) plugins and press reset and rescan selection, wait until the scan is finished, have a look if the appear in the plugin menu. If not, restart your computer, this is always a good idea, which solves 50% of the problems.

Thank you soooo much. It turns out I had to do a full audio reset, then rescan. I figured it was something simple.
Thanks again,

Make sure you are using a software instrument channel strip. If you still have some problems, post a screenshot.
New MacBook Pro came installed with logic. I attached a few screenshots, can supply more if needed.
I feel this is probably some unseen thing on my part being I'm fairly new to logic but I can't figure this one out.
I am using a software instrument strip, it is showing up in plug-in mgr and is checked along with the presets showing downloaded. It does not however show up in the strip or in the library to the left.
Cant seem to find any info on this particular issue I'm having anywhere ie. help files, net, YouTube etc.
Good to hear!
