Payment

i called my bank and everything is good on their end but the payment for my Apple Music and Disney plus on this keep failing. When I try to remove the card to re add it won’t let me. How can I fix this problem. ?

Wondering if you checked the expiry date on your card ... may be it just needs updating ?


Your Apple ID is the account that you use to access all Apple services,

and make all of your devices work together seamlessly.

After you log in, you can use the App Store, iCloud, iMessage, Apple Music, Apple TV+ and more.


If you haven't used it on Apple before:

You might want to check (link below) that your card is one that Apple accepts in your country:

Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID:

(Scroll down to find your country)

Change, Add or Remove Apple ID Payment methods

If you can't remove your last payment method or use no payment method with your Apple ID
