Health App. Sleep Alarm feature

I can't change the alarm to a song. I am stuck in the classic alarm sounds sub-menu. Clicking the Back Arrow does not go back up a menu step, but back to the set alarm page. Other alarms, set with the clock, work properly.

Make ALARM VOLUME part of the Clock Widget! At night in bed when I am playing a game or watching a YouTube video, I use the side buttons to lower the sound of the game/video. The problem is I then sleep through my morning wake up alarm as the sound buttons for some dumb reason also control the alarm sound! This is my 1st iPhone (11), and on all my previous Androids, in the alarm clock widget, you can also set the alarm volume. This is not an option on iPhone, and should be considering scrolling msg boards, many users have this issue as well. Also I like to set my ringer low as I am at school/work during the day. But the ringer volume ALSO operates the alarm volume. Please please please fix this Devs! Make “alarm sound” an option on the clock widget.

Is there a way to set a crescendo feature for an alarm? My wife's alarm jars me out of bed. I have a different app for my alarm that starts out quietly and then gradually gets louder over a minute. Is there a way to set a crescendo feature for the built in alarm on iPhone?
