iPhone 10 XR screen issues

Ever since getting this reconditioned phone the screen some times doesn’t activate the location that is being touched.

Most times it does.

I addition, last night the screen would not light up even though it was on.

I made a phone call using voice commands.

Screen remained dark for an extended time period. Ended up accidentally making a 911 call.
