iPhone 13 screen unresponsive, calls 911 on reset

My iPhone 13 screen is unresponsive. When I perform a reset it doesn’t go to the Apple ID, and when I hold the side button it activates SOS and calls 911

Try a forced restart of your iPhone 13, using these instructions:

Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top (power) button. Only when the Apple logo appears (it might take 10-20 seconds), release that button (ignore all other screens that might appear, the one with the "slider" to turn the device off included).
