I am struggling to activate MS Office 365 in my macbook air. When I attempted to activate, it shows a window with a message of no network connection. MS Office Support team informed me that problem is with the operating software. Any suggestion?

Yes, there is no issue with internet connectivity. Even it takes me to Office website for new purchase, but when I click activation, it shows network error.
