family app sharing does not work

we have created a family group and wanted to share bought apps. Now following the inclusion of all members in the group and trying to download from the 'purchased' menu there is an error that 'this app was purchased by someone with another appleid. None of the members ever had another appleid.

Someone experienced same & what can be done?

Family Shared Purchases Not Working Hello, Like many others using Family Sharing, I am getting the error “This app is no longer shared with you.” when trying to open up a shareable app. One app works fine, but two other ones don’t and all three were purchased/downloaded around the same time. Cannot share App on Family Account It is about the App Anki Mobile Flashcards, which I bought on my my account, I have family sharing setup with my son's apple ID When I try to download the app on my son's phone I get the messages like on the screenshot Any ideas? I checked all the hints from here: If you can't find your family's shared content - Apple Support

Im still unable to download apps even with family sharing. I’m the main account keeper but when others try to download app they get message saying app can’t be downloaded I enabled family sharing on my phone. My family members are included and I enabled purchases, however for all apps they want to download they get a message saying the app is not available for download because it was purchased using different Apple ID.

Has the family organizer turned on purchases sharing? Since the family was set up, have you tried signing out of the App Store/iTunes, restarting the device, and then signing back in?
