Why is it so easy to purchase movies on Apple TV????!

My 4 year old daughter just sat on a pillow on the couch and the remote was apparently under the pillow. When she did it, it purchased the movie Trolls. I would like it to be extremely difficult or impossible for any purchase to go through on Apple TV because everything is linked to my credit card and with all streaming services we do not need to buy movies. How can I lock it down?

There is a setting to require the account password for all purchases. It seems to me that this should deter a 4 yo.
