Why when i watch netflix and youtube, it will be lagging , it lagging like fps has been drop , it happens for a moment and frequently happen.. helpppp

Connected to a VPN?:
If you are connected to a VPN, then that would slow the speed down, likely. So, disconnect form it, unless required otherwise.
