Data connection with Apple Watch

I would like to get the SE Apple Watch with GPS for personal and work use. However, my work doesn’t have Wi-Fi so is it possible to use my phone’s data via Bluetooth?

Can GPS only apple watch connect to WiFi? I have been looking into getting an Apple Watch, so I do not need to bring my phone everywhere with me. My question is if I get a GPS only one (no cellular), can I connect to nearby wifi connections and use the watch to send texts, and other things without my phone nearby? Thank you so much!

GPS or GPS+cellular for text and calls on watch If I want to use Apple Watch to text or make calls does the series 6 GPS do that using WIFI Bluetooth signal or do I have to buy GPS + cellular? I am thinking of buying Apple Watch instead of another Fitbit, hope Apple Watch will not be losing Bluetooth signal on my I phone 11 pro. I am tired to it not syncing. thanks for any information that you have. Help

As long as your watch is within bluetooth range of your iPhone it will use it for all communications.
