What to do with my second hand iPhone if is reported stolen?

What if u bought a iPhone from some one an was using it an u thought they took all there info out of it but somehow they locked an so says been reported stolen ?

Then you need to contact that person and have them unlock it or get your money back.

No one here or at Apple can unlock the phone.

That would indicate that either you purchased a stolen phone, you you were conned by whoever sold it to you.

You know I was almost to the point of getting frustrated until I was like all this technology and no one knows how to reset a phone without information so I get mad you by Apple product therefore you are stuck because in person I will give you money back for our device is not compatible to do what you need to do but unfortunately I have found away rounded thank you
