I've recently seen that my iphone battery drains to 30% as soon as it hits 50%, even when idle.
I've followed all possible instructions on battery saving, but nothing seems to help.
My iOS is updated to the latest version, all apps are updated, removed unused apps and I've tried going both with and without battery optimisation - doesn't address the issue.
Anyone has had better luck with this problem?
Battery health is at 86%.

Thank you for posting in Apple Support communities. We understand that you are having some concerns about your battery health and the fact that it suddenly drops from 50% to 30%. We would love to provide you support on this.
Based on the screen shot that you posted it looks like the screen is on for over 5 hours and if that is true you should expect the battery to have a significant drop. Do you have a screen sleep auto lock on? You can check to see if you do by going to settings> display and brightness> auto-lock.
The battery health being 86% and the drop from 50% to 30% when idled should be addressed with running diagnostics on your battery. You can get support here: Contact Apple Support
