Good Morning,

Please help! My printer app on hp wont print I am getting the following error message:

“HP Scan” needs to be updated.

The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information.

I have tried to update and nothing but nothing happens.

Any Suggestions,

Click on this link,

Enter your product details

When you get to the page for your printer/ scanner

select the operating system you are using.

now see if there is any updates available for your printer scanner.

Might have been useful if you included which OS you are running

and what exact printer do you have.
