Files and Folders Sharing & Permission Default

Today I noticed my Home Folder has Sharing & Permission privilege that I did not expect to see (pictured below). The folders inside my Home Folder only list me with read/write privilege and "everyone" with no access. All files and folders inside have the same access pictured below. This also includes everything inside my iCloud Drive.

Besides my Home Folder inside the Users Folder there is another folder called "Shared" which lists system, with read/write privilege then wheel and everyone with read access. This access is the same for all folders and files inside of the System, Library, and Applications folders.

Is this normal or is this something I should be concerned about?

Another thing I find odd is the general info for my Home Folder. The created date is more recent (the date I erased and re-downloaded macOS) than the modified date. I am not sure what occurred 12/31/2020 on my computer. Additionally all the built in applications and most system files show the created and modified dates as 01/01/2020 but I do not know why, the model is from late 2015.

Thank you.
