I would not recommend spraying anything directly on the keyboard.

Ouch! Milk is very bad for the electronics plus it will start to smell as well really bad. Replacing the Top Case Assembly which also includes the Keyboard (and perhaps other components depending on the model) is the best option especially when dealing with spilled milk. Take @leroydouglas' advice to have the laptop repaired.
