Hello I have a third party stylus which I wanted to use just for simple writing and occasional note taking. It works beautifully on my iPhone XR but the iPad Air 3 that I have is very inconsistent recognizing the touch. Don't know much about this one, but the other thread poster indicates that this is not a very good stylus. If you want to guarantee it works, buy the Apple Pencil.

Yes I’m going to return it, although if it worked like it worked on my phone it would have been great.
Third party stylus works on iPhone but not iPad.
