I have the GPS Series 6 with Watch OS 7.6.1.
when scrolling to the bottom of a iMessage I can’t select the dismiss button. It only works if I scroll where the button is only partially visible and it finally works.
I’ve verified that zoom is not on and have done a hard reset and the problem persists.
any other ideas?

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.

This has been going on for over a month and multiple updates and restarts of the Watch and phone. Also already tried unpairing and resetting. I restored from backup. What if there’s something in the backup that’s causing the problem that copied over?
Try unpairing and re-pairing and setup as new not from a backup.
Thanks for that. It did the trick. I wonder what setting or config was messed up that caused this as there are other threads on here regarding the same issue.
