as per subject
only happens (not always but quite often) with Apple TV+ and, when it does, I have to exit/restart the app
TV is a Sony KE-48A9 connected via HDMI eArc
anyone else? ideas?

just for the records:
"Reset & Update" performed. launched Apple TV+ app and started playing Truth Be Told S2E2. found audio was set to english so I changed it to italian, via drop-down options, and... audio stopped :-|
closed/ re-opened Apple TV+ app and audio went back as usual. then tried watching a series and... again: no more audio when a new episode starts
tried the very same in Prime Video and Netflix without any issue
definitely a bug, under some circumstances, in Apple TV+ app!!!

... looks only remaining troubleshooting option I have is performing a reset (already performed steps 1 & 2)
what keeps me from doing it (involved hassle apart) is... Netflix, Prime, Plex, YT and every other app/service works just fine: audio **never** stops when an episode/video ends and the next one begins
it **only happens** in AppleTV+ app :-/
