HDR 60fps on YouTube with Apple TV 4K (2021)

Has anyone been able to achieve 60fps 4K content non YouTube using the new Apple TV 4K 2021?

For instance I can view 2160p/60fps content like the clips of Gemini Man from the inbuilt YouTube app on my TV, but not from the YouTube app on the Apple TV 4K 2021.

I read somewhere that you can achieve this by setting it to 4K HDR but I always have my settings set to 4K SDR, 4.4.4 Chroma, and to match frame rate etc but it won't do it.

There is no need for Chroma 4:4:4, as all streaming video is encoded 4:2:0. You’re doubling the bandwidth usage without quality improvement. That bandwidth could have been used for other video properties, like frame rate.
