I am running Migration Assistant from iMac-Mohave to new iMac 8-TB SSD with latest macOS. Running for 15 hours w/ Transferring Your Information and Starting Up bar moving back-and-forth. Is this running OK? Should I cancel? Any Advice would help.

If you used Wi-Fi to migrate let it run until the 24 mark however it will likely fail. Please use the following link to learn the fastest, easiest and most reliable method of migrating. Setup Assistant and Migration Assistant
I would only connect the two computers with a USB cable. The data transfer should normally not take longer than a hour, more or less.
