'service records will damage your computer' Mac alert

warnings keep flashing after downloading Big Sur the warnings say Service records will damage your computer, they are constant every few seconds you can't use computer hardly at all.

I checked the cycle count and it's at 400. I tried doing the SMC reset but I'm not sure it has worked. What are my other options? Thanks.

Has anyone else (besides me) noticed how bad apple telephone support has become? Yesterday I did an update to Mac OS on my iMac. Immediately after the update completed, I got a pop-up that said "MajorCharacterSearchDaemon" will damage your computer. There were 2 possibilities: "OK" and "Show in Finder". Neither option did anything. The pop-up is still on my desktop. It will not go away, and comes back if I restart or shut down then restart. I have never seen this after any update or any other time.

Is service records an app? Have you made any changes lately to your system? If it was not doing the before, something changed somewhere somehow.
