Yes.

1. Go to: Settings > iCloud > and then sign out of iCloud
2. Once Signed Out: go to https://appleid.apple.com to change it
3. Once Changed: log in correctly (Go to: Settings > iCloud > and then Sign In to iCloud)

Complete the signup, and then fix the name.

It’s not like changing names is a rare thing.

That’s how to do it on a Mac, but you can edit the name on your iPhone, or online on the Apple website, too.
