Cannot update my application

Hello team ,I cannot update my apps ,when I try to update it always appear “ There’s a billing problem with a previous purchase “ I Change my region like 10 times ,switch to my second account, update my phone to last update, I change my billing address, change my debit card more than 5 times and nothing , can someone help me with this annoying issue please!

Sounds like you are running into an issue when attempting to update and download apps, is that right? Have you checked the purchase history to see what change was declined?


Try the steps in this article: If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store.


You can also make sure you are using an acceptable payment method: Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID.
