Mac mini M1 "You do not have permission to open the application..."

Hello everyone! I am having an issue with the "Canon IJ Scan Utility2" scanning application. Every time I open it, it says "You do not have permission to open the application CanonIJScanner15s".

I have already contacted Canon and troubleshooted to make sure that I use the compatible software, but it's still not working, and they told me to contact apple.

I have also made sure that the app has all the permissions needed. I have attached a photo showing all the details.

Do you have any suggestions? Thank you!
