We see that you're looking for help with pairing your Logitech Slim Folio with your iPad, so let's see how we can help.


For a better understanding of what is occurring, could you answer the following questions?


  • Is this your first time pairing the keyboard with your iPad? If so, did you remove the battery tab before attempting the set up process?
  • Have you been able to pair this keyboard with an iPad at all?
  • Can you pair other bluetooth devices with your iPad?


If you need help with pairing to your iPad as the automatic connection isn't occurring, take a look at the following resource to see if this may clear that up for you.


If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Lastly, let's check to make sure you're updated to the latest supported iPadOS version to rule that out as being related to what's occurring. For help with that, use this resource:
