Postcode invalid

I am not being able to upgrade my iCloud storage as it's giving me that my postcode is invalid. Any idea how to fix this?

I am not able to upgrade my iCloud storage? for Some reason I am not able to upgrade my iCloud storage. Every time when I click the upgrade it says “contact the iCloud support”

How come it’s not working? It has been like this for 2 hours. I have enough space on my phone, so I know that this should have already been downloaded. I have been told something is going on with iCloud and I’ve been told it’s been resolved. I am confused someone please tell me, is iClouds little outage fixed or not?
