Using MacBook for work - mirroring to Windows Wireless Display Adapters?

Hello, I am a dyed-in-the-wool Apple fan. I use my MacBook for business (brave, I know) and want to continue doing so. But every time I visit a customer recently, they have large monitors connected to Microsoft Wireless Display adapters (who'd have thought it?) and my MacBook Pro flatly refuses to allow me to mirror my screen when presenting.

From searching online, I can see that (not surprisingly) the Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter is not supported on Mac-OS, but I am wondering if anyone else out there has found a way around this MASSIVE issue. Ideally I should be choosing my new customers based on what brand of equipment they use, but I've not implemented this feature yet in my business model.

Can anyone offer any kind of solution to this crazy problem?

Thanks,

Aaron.

If I was in business traveling to client sites to present, I would call ahead of time to confirm what presentation equipment they had and then I would bring with me the a compatible computer.

That said, modern TVs can connect to computers wirelessly using a modern browser's cast function. You can cast a tab or the desktop. I've traveled to several continents to present to clients and never had an issue because I called ahead and confirmed that my computer would work with their equipment. Don't tie yourself to a computer brand at the expense of losing clients.
