my imac won’t turn on
my imac started updating in the middle of the night so i turned it off mid-update to go back to sleep my keyboard isn’t connected and i don’t know how to find the serial number either.

Also, you may find the serial number printed on the bottom of your Mac. If it's an iMac the number will be found on the underside of the pedestal.
