iPhone location is wrong

My iPhone seems to think I’m in Dallas Texas. The google search engine location at the bottom where it says I am says I’m in Texas unless I hit the update location. When I’m filling out something that asks for my address like on eBay or something and I use autofill, it automatically puts Texas as my state even though Arkansas is what’s in my autofill information. No vpn is on. Location settings are turned on. If I sign into anything on the browser on this device and it sends a security email about the sign in stuff it says a device in Texas signed in. Like I signed into something at 8:15 am this morning in Arkansas and I got an email saying a device in Texas signed in at 4:05 am immediately after.

Hi iPhonelocationwrong,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

We understand that your location isn't accurate on your iPhone when using apps.

Make sure you have given the desired apps permission to use your location in Privacy settings. Use the guidance in About privacy and Location Services in iOS and iPadOS. You can find additional details in Turn Location Services and GPS on or off on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Regards.
