Caps lock key does not work

After upgrading the OS from 14.6 to 14.7.1 on my new iPad Pro, the caps lock key stopped working as a caps lock key and when pressed, it works as a keyboard switch button. It switches between the English and Greek keyboards . The problem disappears when I remove my Greek keyboard and comes back if I re-install it. Is there a solution for this problem?
